1. The service
Accredi Game provides gamified clinical-safety training, simulations, leaderboards, and competency analytics. The service is delivered as software-as-a-service through web and mobile interfaces.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ and a verified healthcare professional, student, or member of a sponsoring organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse — including scraping, reverse engineering, manipulating leaderboards, or uploading patient PHI — may result in suspension.
4. Intellectual property
Accredi Game, SmartLMS, and AccrediSense marks, content, scoring algorithms, simulations and trade dress are owned by AccrediSense Health Technologies. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them as intended.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Where applicable, fees, billing cycles and renewal terms are described in your order form. Taxes are additional. Refunds are governed by your contract.

7. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccrediSense disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccrediSense's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; surviving provisions include IP, confidentiality, and liability.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), without regard to conflict of laws principles. Enterprise customers may negotiate alternative venue terms in their order form.
