Governance

• Designated Data Protection Officer reachable at privacy@accredisense.ai.
• Annual privacy training for all staff; quarterly review of data inventories and Records of Processing Activities (ROPA).
• Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA) for every new high-risk feature, AI model, or sub-processor.

Data subject rights

We support access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions. Submit requests to privacy@accredisense.ai; we respond within 30 days.

International transfers

We use EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and equivalent safeguards for transfers outside of your home jurisdiction. Customers may request a copy of our Transfer Impact Assessment summary.

Sub-processors

A current list of sub-processors — covering hosting, email delivery, error reporting, and AI inference — is available on request and is updated before any material change. Customers can subscribe to change notifications.

Breach notification

Suspected incidents trigger our Incident Response runbook within one hour. We notify affected controllers without undue delay and within 72 hours where required by GDPR.

Healthcare context

Accredi Game is a learning and simulation environment and does not store identifiable patient records. Where a customer requires a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for HIPAA-aligned workflows, we provide one as part of enterprise contracts.
