1. Who we are

AccrediSense Health Technologies is the data controller for Accredi Game. Where you access Accredi Game through your hospital, employer, or accreditation body, that organization is a joint controller for the workforce data they direct us to process.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: full name, work email, organization, department, country and role.
• Learning & gameplay data: XP, scores, streaks, completion times, module choices, and leaderboard rank.
• Operational telemetry: page views, device type, browser, IP address, error logs, and audit events such as logins.
• Communications: support requests, feedback, and email engagement metadata.

We do not intentionally collect protected health information (PHI) about patients. Clinical scenarios in the platform are simulated.

3. How we use your data

• Provide and personalize the gamified learning experience.
• Compute leaderboards, badges, CPD/CME progress, and departmental analytics for your employer.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and meet regulatory record-keeping obligations.
• Improve content, models, and accessibility — using aggregated or de-identified data.

4. Lawful bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

We rely on (a) performance of a contract, (b) legitimate interests in operating a secure learning platform, (c) consent where required (e.g., non-essential cookies), and (d) legal obligation for tax, audit and accreditation records.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: your sponsoring organization, sub-processors that help us run the service (hosting, email, analytics, AI inference), professional advisors, and authorities when legally compelled. A current sub-processor list is available on request.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed on enterprise edge infrastructure across the EU, UK, UAE and the United States. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK IDTA, or equivalent safeguards.

7. Retention

Account and learning records are retained for the duration of your engagement plus up to 7 years where required for accreditation, CME audit, or legal purposes. Operational logs are retained for 12 months. You can request earlier deletion subject to those obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email privacy@accredisense.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Children

Accredi Game is intended for healthcare professionals and accredited learners aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We will post material changes on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in-product or by email.
